Park Direct Uk operate in a professional manner at all times.  All of our staff wear full uniform and display their Security Industry Authority badge at all times.  All of our vehicles are clearly sign written and are fitted with a mobile credit card terminal.

Park Direct Uk are members of the British Parking Association and follow their strict code of conduct. 

Park Direct Uk are fully certified and qualified in clamping and vehicle removal.  All of our staff have completed a level 1 & 2 in BTEC vehicle immobilisation and removal and are also trained in conflict management which enables are staff to work professional in most irate situations. 

Park Direct Uk Ltd have a complaints procedure in accordance with ISO9001 (training excluded).

Appeals Procedure
Park Direct Uk Ltd use independant comapnies to deal with all appeals made.  Appeals must be submitted to us within 10 days and you will receive a response within 14 days from the date your appeal was received in our offices.When an appeal is received for a parking charge notice the notice will be placed on hold until a response is sent out to you. 


Park Direct Uk accept chip and pin credit/debit cards (AMEX excluded).  Payment can also be made in cash.
